I stumbled into design at 17, tinkering with Photoshop & Figma between school assignments. Although I went on to study engineering, my creativity always had a persistent pull. After graduation, I joined Cognizant, but a layoff nudged me to reflect and rethink about my career. Then I spent time building my design portfolio, chasing curiosity over convention.

At 23, I joined GrowthX as a visual designer, where I got to build across brand, product, and marketing. Everything from identity systems to websites, merch, and campaigns. One and half years later I joined Razorpay as a Communication Designer, helping shape the narrative of one of India’s leading fintech brands. Then life threw a curveball. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma cancer. But that chapter taught me resilience in its rawest form. I fought through it, and I’m on the other side now. Clear, grateful, and a little more patient.

As I step back into work and life, I’m not just asking what I want to build next, but how I want to live while building it.
